Verified, open roles come to you. Your resume gets tuned to pass the screen, using only what you have actually done. No invented numbers, no borrowed titles.
When a company opens a job, it posts to its own hiring software first. That is the feed behind the “Careers” page on its own site, and it is the only place we take jobs from. So you see the posting the employer wrote, the day they put it up.
All public feeds we read today. No login, no key, no paid access. If a platform makes us sign in to see its jobs, we do not take its jobs. Workday is next: we are building that connector, and none of its postings are in the pool until it is live.
Aggregators re-post other people's listings. That is how a job that closed in March is still up in June. We hold no feed, no deal, and no scraper for any of them.
The honest limitIf a company hires through software we do not read yet, its jobs are not here. We are adding platforms, and we would rather tell you what we miss than imply we have everything.
Three steps, in your hands the whole way. You send every application yourself.
Your resume, your skills, the work you have actually done. Meridino reads it into your real record: the roles and numbers you can stand behind.
Matched roles come to you, not the other way around. A live board pulled from companies' own hiring pages, refreshed daily and re-checked to be still open.
For a job you pick, your resume is tuned to what that platform's screener reads for, built only from experience you have validated, with notes on exactly what changed. Then you apply, at your best.
Every hiring platform scores a resume differently, so there is no single “ATS score” to chase. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday each read one their own way. We track how each major system scores, then build your resume to perform against the one behind this posting, using only your real experience.
Compares your resume against a hiring team's own weighted calibration.
From Greenhouse's own docsMarks each requirement as met, partially met, not met, or unknown.
From Workable's own docsScores across named dimensions: Technical, Leadership, Culture Fit, Communication.
From Lever's own docsMeridino never auto-applies and never contacts an employer for you. You send every application yourself.
Some jobs are screened by software. Plenty are still read by a person with a checklist. We build one resume for both: easy for software to parse, clear for a person to read, and true to your record on every line.
Three things we built. Hold us to each one.
Code checks every line against your history. If you did not do it, it does not go on the page. What it cannot back up stays in your own words.
A generic AI writer will invent a number to fill a gap.We re-check every posting on a schedule and drop the ones that have closed.
A job board will still show you a role that closed in March.Every job shows how well you match, free, with the reasons. You spend only once you know it is worth it.
Most tools want your money before you know if you fit.Two things. First, where the jobs come from: we read the hiring software companies post to themselves (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, BambooHR, and Teamtailor) and never take listings from Indeed, LinkedIn, or any other aggregator, then we re-check each posting on a schedule and drop the ones that closed. Second, what you get on top: a free match score on every job, and a resume writer that cannot make things up.
When we rewrite a bullet for a job, our code checks the new line against the resume you gave us. If a number, a title, or an employer is not already in your history, it cannot come out the other side. Anything we cannot back up keeps your exact original words. This is a check the software runs, not an instruction we hope the AI follows.
Finding jobs, your match score, saving, and tracking are free, and you get one free ATS review every week, on every account, so you can see the whole report before you pay. It resets every Monday and does not stack, so an unused check this week is not added to next week, and re-running the same job within that week costs nothing. Beyond that, tailored resumes and ATS checks come from a one-time package: $25, $50, $100, or $200, each with its own exact counts. Nothing renews. The pricing page lists every number.
No. We find jobs, score your fit, tune your resume, and track where each application stands. You send every one of them yourself. There is no auto-apply, and no code in Meridino that can submit anything to an employer.
Yes. Every posting carries a sponsorship signal read from the job description itself, and you can filter your search and your daily picks down to roles that sponsor. We stay careful: we never mark a role "offered" unless the description says so, and "unknown" means the description did not say, not that the answer is no.
Finding jobs and scoring your fit are free. Bring your resume, and we tune it to the job using only what is already true about you.
