New roles every day, straight from the source

Your feed refreshes daily with roles as companies post them, taken straight from the hiring software they run their own openings on, never from an aggregator that re-posts other people's listings. Getting to a good role early matters, so finding what is newly open is the headline here. Freshness works the other way too: every posting is re-checked on a schedule, so a role that quietly closed drops and dims instead of wasting your time. Reading the source directly, across many platforms, also lets one search span employers a single job board would miss.

How it works

How it works, step by step

  1. 01

Pull new roles from the source every day

We connect directly to the hiring software companies use to run their own openings, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, BambooHR, and Teamtailor, and pull new postings as they appear. Nothing comes from Indeed, LinkedIn, or any aggregator re-posting someone else's page.

  2. 02

Surface what is newly posted, first

Recently posted roles rise to the top of your feed, each stamped with when it went up, so you can get to a fresh opening early instead of finding it after hundreds already applied.

  3. 03

Re-check on a schedule, drop what closed

Every posting is re-visited on a recurring schedule. When a re-check finds a role filled or gone, we tag it expired and push it down, dimmed, rather than silently deleting it or leaving it at the top pretending nothing changed.

The daily feed

Fresh roles first, closed ones dropped

What this includes
  • A daily feed of newly posted roles, each stamped with when it went up
  • Taken from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, BambooHR, and Teamtailor, never from aggregators
  • Re-checked on a schedule; closed roles are tagged and pushed down, not hidden
  • Reading many source platforms directly covers employers one job board would miss
Where this stops

This only works for hiring software we have actually connected to. If a company runs its careers page on a platform we do not read yet, its jobs are not here, and we cannot guess them from a web crawl. We add platforms over time, and a gap here is a real gap, not something we are smoothing over. We would rather list fewer employers with real freshness behind each one than pad the count with a scrape we cannot verify.

Every fresh role in the feed arrives already scored by the free fit screen, so a new posting that is also a strong match for you is easy to spot the day it goes up.

Questions, answered

Questions about jobs updated daily

How often are the job listings updated?+

The feed refreshes daily with newly posted roles, pulled straight from the hiring platforms companies run their openings on. Separately, every posting already in the system is re-checked on a recurring schedule, so both new roles appearing and old roles closing are reflected on a daily cadence rather than left stale.

Where do the job postings come from?+

Directly from the hiring software companies use to run their own openings, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, BambooHR, and Teamtailor, and never from Indeed, LinkedIn, or any other aggregator that re-posts someone else's listing. Reading the source across many platforms is what lets a single search cover employers a single job board would miss.

How do I find jobs that were just posted?+

Recently posted roles rise to the top of your daily feed, each stamped with when it went up, so you can get to a fresh opening early. Getting there before hundreds of others have applied is exactly why finding newly posted roles is the headline of this feature, not an afterthought.

What happens to a job after it closes?+

It does not disappear without a trace. Our next scheduled re-check tags it expired and it drops toward the bottom of your feed, dimmed, so you can still see that it closed rather than wonder whether we lost track of it. Postings do linger online after a role is filled, which is exactly why the re-check runs on a schedule.
